Ramen Noodles ?

So i dont understand why the package for
Ramen Noodles says that it can cook in 3 minutes;
when in REALITY ; EVERYTIME* i cook them they
take ALOT longer; like 5-9 minutes ?
hmmm... stranngeee -__-
